ベクトル型にSwizzlingオペレーションを実装

目的

最低限Vec3クラス, MayaのMVector and Pymelの Vector (拡張したMVector) 型をSwizzling式の 読み出し&アサイン 機能を実装。

Swizzlingとは?

アトリビュートアクセス文字の順番でベクトルコンポーネントをそのまま順番を変えることです。
